Attention For Sale By Owners!!!

Attention for sale by owners. Now is the time that you need to get the maximum exposure for your property. The end of the Fedral Tax Credit of $8000. for first time buyers and $6500 for buyers who have been in their current homes for 5 years is quickly approaching. With this program you of to be under ciontract by April 30,2010 and settled by June 30,2010. With the way the mortgage process is handled being under contract on April 30th and setteling on June 30th is nearly impossible. This tax credit has motivated buyers that otherwise would not be looking to purchase a home to do so. I understand that in the times we are in you are trying to save money. In the long run you could end up losing money since it will take longer to sell your property. Also, the buyers that look at for sale by owners are already discounting the price at least 3% even if you beleive you have already done so. Statistics show that if your property is marketed agreesively and priced right that is will sell in a shorter period of time and for a higher price than if you attempt to sell on your own.  In the months ahead buyers will be looking to take advantage of this tax credit and you can not afford to be sitting on the sidelines. If you have any questions about the tax credit or any other real estate related issues, please do not hesitate and contact me today.

Thank You,
